Agreement

By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or using the client portal on this website, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply alongside any specific agreement or contract signed at the time of booking, which takes precedence in case of conflict.

Bookings & Payments

• A booking is considered confirmed only once the agreed advance/retainer has been received and acknowledged by QSIX Films.
• Remaining payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking and are visible in your client portal.
• Availability for a given date is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed as above.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms (including any applicable fees) will be specified in your individual booking agreement, since these vary by package, season, and how far in advance the change is requested.

Delivery of Photos & Films

Estimated delivery timelines for edited photographs and films will be communicated at booking. Delays may occur due to factors like event scale, season, or unforeseen circumstances, and will be communicated promptly if they arise.

Usage & Copyright

QSIX Films retains copyright of all photographs and films produced. Clients receive a license to use delivered images/films for personal, non-commercial purposes. QSIX Films may use select images from your event for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Client Portal Access

Your client portal account is for your personal use to view booking details, schedules, payment status, documents, and galleries related to your event. Please keep your login credentials confidential.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure quality coverage of your event, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (equipment failure, venue restrictions, accidents, or events of force majeure) that may affect the coverage obtained.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or client portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
